Please report ads you think are scams, and then please also explain why you think so.
When you send your email report, please also remember to provide information about which ad you are reporting, e.g. the URL (i.e. the internet address for the ad) and the geographical address for the house or apartment.
To those of you who are scam gangsters and abusing internet sites with apartment ads:
As you can see, the users at this website are warned from not paying any money in advance, for example above and in the home page
but also at the web form where they will be replying to your ad !

och låtsas skicka fakturan från det företaget.
